Artist and Filmmaker Francesca Beatrice Mărie Releases Episodes 3 and 4 of Camera Meets People, featuring Lynne and Suzanne

Lynne and Suzanne recently had the distinct honor of working with Francesca Beatrice Mărie, an artist and filmmaker who lives and works in the Outer Banks, to complete short videos about their art making.

In Camera Meets People, Francesca is creating a series of videos about local artists. Episode 1 featured the extraordinary artist and CAD designer Olha Fidyk; Episode 2 featured Tiffany Lindsey, a talented and inventive interdisciplinary artist whose solo show Dust Collectors will open on September 18 at Glenn Eure’s Ghost Fleet Gallery in Nags Head and run through October 31, with a reception on October 12 from 2-4 pm.

Lynne is the featured artist in Episode 3, talking about the way her often invisible artistic process becomes visible; Suzanne is featured in Episode 4 explaining how her lifelong passion for justice arose in childhood and made its way into her art practice. 

Addition episodes featuring other members of the Outer Banks art community are in the planning stages.
