The opening reception for our upcoming art exhibition, Not Even Past, is now set for 4:00 – 6:00 pm on October 1, 2025. The exhibit and reception are in the Professional Arts Gallery at the College of the Albemarle-Dare Campus in Manteo, NC. The gallery is on the second floor of Building B, and there is parking onsite. The reception is free and open to the public.

At 4:45 p.m., we will premiere a new brief performance piece, Constellations, followed by a Q&A. The exhibition also includes an interactive artwork in which community members are invited to respond to the exhibition’s themes.

The exhibition will remain at the COA-Dare Professional Arts Gallery from October 1 through November 7. The gallery is open to the public Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The exhibition at COA is made possible with support from The Don & Catharine Bryan Cultural Series. The work also received support from the North Carolina Arts Council, a division of the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources. The work premiered in 2024 at Arts of the Albemarle in Elizabeth City, NC.
